What is low voltage cable?
Low voltage cables refer to cables with a rated voltage level of 0.6/1KV or lower. Typical low-voltage cables include 300/300V, 300/500V, 450/750V, and 0.6/1KV cables.
Difference between LV and MV cable
We classify cables with a rated voltage ≤ 0.6/1kV as LV cables. Cables with a rated voltage between 0.6/1kV (excluding) and 35kV (including) are classified as medium-voltage cables. MV cables have thicker insulation than LV cables. MV cables have a conductor screen and insulation screen, while LV cables do not.
