They can also be buried in loose soil, but it cannot withstand external forces.

Test Voltage:
Each drum of the finished Cu XLPE cable should withstand power frequency voltage 3.5kV for 5 minutes and the insulation is not breakdown.

Fixed Installation: -20°C to +90°C
Maximum short-circuit temperature: 250ºC (max. 5 s).
To avoid insulation damage or conductor deformation, the bending radius of 0.6/1KV CU XLPE needs to be determined based on the number of cable cores, structure (such as whether it is armored), and laying conditions.
- Single-core 0.6/1KV Cu XLPE cable:
The minimum bending radius is usually not less than 15 × OD ( cable’s outer diameter). (e.g., if the OD is 10 mm, the bending radius should be ≥150mm (15 × OD).
- Multi-core 0.6/1KV Cu XLPE cable:
The minimum bending radius is generally not less than 10 × OD ( cable’s outer diameter). For some specifications or unarmored structures, this may be relaxed to 15 × (OD +od).
